Description	A Review Committee which consisted of faculty and student representatives was formed in 2016 to carry out a review exercise on the potential products in the market. Based on the evaluation results, the Committee recommended the setup of a new Teaching and Learning Video System (Panopto) to replace the old on-premise Lecture Recording System (Echo360). The “New Teaching and Learning Video System (Panopto)” (https://panopto.cuhk.edu.hk) started operations on 1 Aug 2018. The old Lecture Recording System (Echo360) (https://ess.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk:8443) will stop operations on 31 Dec 2018.

Actions	Users are reminded to check the content migrated from Echo360 on the new Panopto system before the system termination date (31 December 2018).
