Users Affected	CUHK staff, students or guests who use online service desk to contact ITSC

Cause	System Upgrade
Service Affected	If users go to ITSC online Service Desk (http://servicedesk.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk) during the upgrade period, they will be re-directed to the online submission form at https://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/servicedesk/guest/ to contact ITSC when required they could not log into ITSC online Service Desk to trace their previous enquiries/requests they could not search the knowledge articles
