** With CUHK announcement about the Emergency Response Level on 25 Jan 2020 in response to novel coronavirus, all computer laboratories of ITSC are closed until classes are resumed.

If the local storm warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted at 8 am or 12 noon, or the black rainstorm warning signal is issued before 8 am,
- ITSC offices and Service Desks will be closed respectively. Service will be resumed after the local storm warning signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal is cancelled, if there are 3 hours or more before the working day ends.
- User Areas and Learning Commons will remain open for normal operating hours.
