Zoom : Error Code 103033 encountered when joining meetings

Users Affected	ZOOM meeting participants
Start Time	Around the week of Feb 15 2021
End Time	To be confirmed
Cause	ZOOM confirmed that this issue only happens under certain conditions where meeting hosted on different servers, and during the time when users starting the meeting, there was a small network glitch in between the servers which recover in a short period of time.
Service Affected	Some participants encountered error code 103033 and could not join meetings randomly. The issues got resolved itself in a few minutes.
