Cause	According to Microsoft preliminary report, a subset of Microsoft infrastructure that handles authentication requests became degraded, causing Office 365 users mainly in East Asia and Europes failed to sign in .
Service Affected	Students or users with login ID xxxxx@link.cuhk.edu.hk found unavailable to log into Office 365 services via web browsers, mobile app or desktop clients.
