Network & IT Service Interruption due to Electricity Suspension in YIA & WMY on 4 Mar

Cause	Annual Inpsection on Electricity Supply by Estate Management Office
Service Affected	There will be temporary suspension of electricity supply in YIA, which affects the network facilities of YIA and WMY during the above period. Therefore, the following IT services in YIA and WMY building will NOT be available throughout the above period WiFi Wired network IP Phones PCs in Learning Commons Printing, copying and scanning services in Learning Commons Room booking services in Learning Commons WiFi and wired network in Learning Commons Electricity supply in Leaning Commons (from 4 Mar 2018 8:30am – 9am) Due to the suspension of the above core IT services, Learning Commons have to be temporarily closed from 3 Mar 2018 (Sat) 7pm to 5 Mar 2018 (Mon) 10am. Users may go to the neighboring libraries, User Areas or Learning Garden to enjoy similar services.
