(Resumed) Unstable Network Connection on 5 Jun

Cause	It’s due to a configuration issue during a system change. Service has been restored and no further outage is expected.
Service Affected	Some network connection was unstable and users might therefore experience failure in accessing some services intermittently. Remedies have been taken to stabilize the service. CUHK VPN PCs in User Areas and Learning Commons Some application systems
