    • The performance issue has been resolved by system work performed at 4am. The service is considered fully resumed after extended close monitoring.
  • Monitoring (8 Sept, 2:40PM)
    • Service resumed.  Users can use the service now.  Blackboard is still reviewing the system and monitoring it.  A further brief interruption may be needed to completely resolve the issue.
  • Identified (8 Sept, 2:35PM)
    • Blackboard has identified the cause of the issue and implementing a fix.
  • Investigating (8 Sept, 2:30PM)
