B. Renewal
Renewal every 2 year is required for project accounts.
Procedures:
Expiry reminder will be sent to account coordinator (applicant) before the expiry date.
Renewal is available within 30 days before and after the account expiry date.
If renewal request is not submitted 30 days after the expiry date, ITSC reserves the right to close and delete the unattended account(s).
C. Closure
You should update ITSC to close an unused account. Please back up the files related to the account before its closure.
For individual account, please submit the account information through the online form(via staff login).

2. Use of Account
The department / project account is widely used on different IT services:
Office 365 with @Link (for project account only if specified) / Office 365 Mail (only if specified)
