Prof. Pascal O. Vontobel Elevated to IEEE Fellow 2021 Class

We are delighted to announce that Prof. Pascal O. Vontobel has been elevated to IEEE Fellow in 2021 class with the citation "for contributions to graphical models for channel coding". It is a great honor and prestigious recognition of his research achievements and contributions.
