Congratulations to Prof. Jianwei Huang for being elevated as IEEE Fellow

It is great pleasure for us to know that Prof. Jianwei Huang has been elevated as IEEE Fellow, effective 1 January 2016, for his contributions to resource allocation in wireless systems.

Each year, following a rigorous evaluation procedure, the IEEE Fellow Committee recommends a select group of recipients for elevation to IEEE Fellow. Less than 0.1% of voting members are selected annually for this member grade elevation.

Congratulations to Prof. Huang for such a prestigious honor!
