IE Alumni Dr. Albert Au Yeung and Mr. Jordan Cheng got awarded in HKICT Awards 2015

We were excited to know that among the 10 Grand Award Winners of the HKICT Awards this year, two of them were recent IE Alumni! Dr. Albert Au Yeung, who co-founded Axon Labs, won the Best Smart Hong Kong Award with the HKBus+ Mobile App. Mr. Jordan Cheng, founder and CEO of MADMAD, won the Best Innovation Grand Award with a smart glass with Augmented Reality support.

The HKICT Awards was founded in 2006 for encouraging innovation and excellence among Hong Kong’s ICT talents and enterprises in their constant pursuit for creative and better solutions to meet business and social needs. There were altogether 972 entrants from various companies and schools in Hong Kong this year, competing in 10 different categories.
