Biography

Prof. Jenny Jin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School. Before joining CUHK, she received her PhD in Information Systems from Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University. Prior to that, she received a MS in Information Systems from the Robert H.Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and a BBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her current research mainly focuses on understanding (i) online social signal and its impact on consumer behaviour; and (ii) the digitization of traditional business models and its impact on society.
