Biography
Dr. John Lai received his PhD from School of Management, University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. He is currently the Director of Master of Science in Management programme, Director of Integrated BBA Dual Degree Programme, and Assistant Dean (Undergraduate Studies) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School. He previously served as the Director of Global Business Programmes – Global Business Studies (GBS) and International Business & Chinese Enterprise (IBCE) at CUHK. His research interests are innovation in services, networks, and knowledge transfer. He is the recipient of the 2018 University Education Award, twice recipient of the Vice-Chancellor Exemplary Teaching Award in 2014 and 2010, Faculty Outstanding Teaching Award, CUHK Business School (2014, 2011, and 2009), Faculty Teaching Merit Award (2015-2017), CUHK; and Teaching Excellence Award (2004/2005), City University of Hong Kong.
