Chui, Coleman

Biography

Coleman Chui has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He developed his expertise in Human Resources with The Regent Hong Kong in his early career. He started his apprenticeship in Food and Beverages at The Regent before having a chance to transfer his role as Human Resources Officer. In only five years of time, Coleman had achieved the position as the Director of Human Resources, proofing his excellent management skills in the Human Resources field. Later, he spent a few years at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles in California. In 2004, the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong gave Coleman a chance to move back to Hong Kong to join the pre-opening team and take up the role as the Director of Human Resources. After spending 11 years of his service with the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, Coleman decided to challenge himself with a teaching role and join the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, CUHK as a Part-time Lecturer.
