- Cumulative GPA 3.0 or above
- Students with Chinese nationality (PRC passport holders) must apply for a Nuffic Certificate
- Not suitable for final students who plan to apply for credit transfer from the institution in order to graduate in in the same academic year.2021-22.
For Utrecht University (UU)
- TOEFL IBT 83 (with at least 19 in listening and reading, 18 in speaking and writing); or
IETLS 6.5 (with at least 5.5 in each of the four components)
- NOT for Economics, Global Economics and Finance, Geography and Resource Management, Urban Studies, Earth System Science students
- Courses are taught in Dutch and English
For University College Utrecht (UCU)
- TOEFL 100 (with at least 20 in each of the four components); or
IETLS 7.0 (with at least 6.5 in each of the four components)
- Students with liberal arts or sciences background are preferred
- Exchange students must take 4 courses per semester (= the full time study load)
- It is mandatory for exchange students to take courses in at least two different fields of studies at UCU.
