Sports & Wellness

From rowing to football, yoga, and dance, Morningside offers a range of activities to cater to your athletic interests. Our students enjoy state-of-the-art gym facilities as well as space for choreography practice and table-tennis competitions. Getting involved in the College’s teams is easy and fun: we encourage experienced athletes and newcomers alike to join in and see what the Morningside sports scene has to offer.

Be sure to introduce yourself to our College Physical Education Lecturers, Mr.Tang or Ms. Lau, in person or via e-mail:

Health

The University Health Service (UHS) provides primary health and dental care for all CUHK undergraduates. Walk-in appointments are available, but prior appointments are encouraged.

If you are ill during UHS office hours (8:45am-1pm and 2pm-5:30pm, M-F), and are able to walk, the UHS Centre is a quick walk from Morningside. Take the lift in the Pentecostal Mission Hall Complex Low Block to 4/F, exit the building, cross the footbridge, ascend the stairs and turn right, crossing through the parking lot to Clinic Road. The University Health Centre is down the road on your right.

The Centre also includes a dispensary, laboratory, physiotherapy equipment and a dental clinic. An operating theatre is equipped for minor surgical procedures.
