「健體 x 友伴」計劃結合「運動」與「義工」元素,讓中大同學透過運動認識社區,學習關心及服務他人。參加者會與不同社區人士結成運動夥伴,一起接受運動項目的基本訓練,享受健體樂趣。本計劃既加強同學及其夥伴所代表群體的彼此了解,亦促使同學建立定期運動的良好習慣。


上學期計劃的詳情如下:

參加者要求

1. 必須出席面試(時段見報名表)

2. 只能選擇參與一個運動項目

3. 必須出席計劃簡介會及所有訓練節數

4. 擔當指定社區人士的運動夥伴

2019-20「健體 x 友伴」計劃尚會以不同形式推出其他運動項目(例如地壺球),以達到強⾝健體、 關懷社群的目標,詳情容後公佈。

The “Fitness x Mentorship” Scheme associates “exercising” with “volunteering” to foster a serving heart of students and strengthen their understanding of the community. Participants of the scheme will be trained with basic skills of a sports item and given chances to partner various members of the community in pursuing sports. This will allow students to develop regular exercise habit and build up healthy lifestyle. Above all, mutual understanding between students and the circle of their counterparts will be facilitated.


Details of the scheme in the 1st term are as follows:


Sports Items and Schedules


Dodgebee: 3 sessions, November 2019

Orienteering: 3 sessions, November 2019

Running: 8 sessions, from October 2019 to January 2020

Partners

Dodgebee: Hearing-impaired people

Orienteering: Ethnic minority youth

Running (Special marathon): People with intellectual disabilities


Enrolment Deadline

27 September 2019 (Friday)


Mandatory Requirements

1. To attend the selection interview (timetable vide the enrolment form)

2. To choose either sports item for participation

3. To attend the briefing session and all training sessions

4. To serve as partners of the designated group of the community

Free of Charge


The “Fitness x Mentorship” Scheme 2019-20 will roll out more sport items in different forms (e.g. floor curling) so as to achieve physical wellness and community service. Details will be announced in due course.
