Elderly University Experiential Day

The Elderly University Experiential Day under I·CARE Programme aims at providing a platform for elderly to experience university life elements involving lectures attending, campus tour, group lunch and graduation ceremony. Meanwhile, in this project, elderly people from the Northern District who had previously taken part in service projects organised by I·CARE Centre (formerly known as I·CARE Programme) will be invited as a continuous process of past service projects to deepen the relationship between elderly and students.

I·CARE Hong Kong Cultural Tours Project

The Hong Kong Cultural Tours Project 2016-17 aims at recruiting CUHK students to be potential culture ambassadors to get improvement in their guiding skills through a series of professional theoretical training as well as field practice. The culture ambassadors are supposed to lead local high school students in cultural tours to let them get involved in the history and stories of Hong Kong.

"Fitness x Mentorship" Scheme

The Physical Education Unit and the I·CARE Centre for Whole-person Development is launching a “Fitness x Mentorship” Scheme to promote energy and wellness, one of the five core attributes of whole-person development under the I·CARE framework.

Participating CUHK students will receive professional training in a sport while empowering a group of secondary students.

A Walk in Community with I·CARE
