Resume of Career
Dr Kelvin Cheung is the Head of Telecom at Fujitsu Hong Kong Limited. He leads a team of domain experts focused on sales, engineering, software and application development for major customers in the telecommunications and public sectors.
Dr Cheung joined Fujitsu in 1991. With more than 20 years of ICT experience, he has held various management positions in the company ranging from software development, technical consulting to sales and delivery. He is also an expertise in research and innovation in network communications, smart network and IoT applications.
Before joining Fujitsu, Dr Cheung worked in the Hong Kong Telecom (HKT), handling the definition of network and services specifications for Hong Kong Public Network.
Dr Cheung holds a BSc degree and MPhil in Electronics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and EngD from the Open University of Hong Kong. He was the Chairman of Electronic Engineering Alumni Association of CUHK and continued to serve as a committee member in present. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (UK) and Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
