Resume of Career
Mr. Wong Chi Ho is the Executive Director at HNA Technology Investments Holdings Limited (Stock Code:2086) and Co-CEO at Advanced Card Systems Ltd. (ACS). Previously based in Silicon Valley, Mr. Wong designed wireless LTE chips for iPhone 5, the new iPad and high-end Android devices at Qualcomm. He also worked as a designer of cutting-edge graphics and server chips for Nvidia and Sun Microsystems. Leveraging his decade of experience in Silicon Valley, he now leads ACS to innovate in fintech solutions and other smart card and reader technologies. Mr. Wong also led the completion of the company's first M&A transaction in June 2014 and Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main board listing in Sept 2015. In May 2016, ACS has been included in the MSCI Hong Kong Index.
Mr. Wong earned his master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He also holds a master's degree and bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, both in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Michigan.
On the side, Mr. Wong has extensive experience in finance and various investments. He passed the CFA level III exam and is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts Ltd. (HKSFA).
