Dr. Bian is currently recruiting Postdoc with background in biology, chemistry (organic, polymer), material science, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, etc., to join his “Biomaterials and Stem Cell Tissue Engineering laboratory” .

 

Prospective Ph.D. students

Students interested in the Ph.D. program (Biomedical Engineering Degree) starting in fall 2020 can contact Dr. Bian for more information. We accept applications for the PhD program at anytime throughout the year.

Prospective students with outstanding academic record are encouraged to apply for the Hong Kong PhD fellowship Scheme (HKPFS). More info is available at: https://cerg1.ugc.edu.hk/hkpfs/index.html. The application deadline is Dec 1st, 2019.

Students with background in engineering (such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering) or material science, biological science or chemistry are welcomed to apply. Excellent students with other engineering or science majors are also encouraged to apply.

English requirement for PhD program in CUHK is:

TOEFL (over 79, internet based) or IELTS (6.5 or above)
