'Let's Sport'
Sponsorship Programme

To encourage WS students to stay healthy and to keep fit through exercise and sports participation, Lee Woo Sing College would sponsor partial application fee for individual student participating in sports events / competitions organized outside CUHK campus. Each WS undergraduate student can submit TWO applications at maximum within an academic year (with both successful and failed applications included). The quota of approved sponsorship is 60 per academic year.

Students can apply for enrollment fee reimbursement through successful submission of:

1. CUWebForm at least 10 working days BEFORE the date of event / competition, and
2. proofs of participations (at least 3 photos, videos or text report) within 10 working days AFTER participation of the event / competition.

Competitions under the scope of Let’s Sport programme should be organized by the following bodies:

• Government departments;
• National sports associations under Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China;
• Non-profit organizations; or
• Charitable institutions.

Applicants must submit proofs of organizers via CUWebForm. Otherwise, the applications will not be considered.

The subsidy amount for each student per activity is a maximum of HK$300 or 50% of the enrollment fee, whichever is lower. All reimbursement will be proceeded through applicants ‘bank account transfer upon successful submission of receipts and proofs of participation.
