| Abstract: | Professor Leo Lee shared with colleagues and students his reading experience, which he calls "chance encounters", with a number of literary texts within the circuits of late 19th and 20th century Chinese and world literature. These texts unveiled a dazzling landscape of artistic creativity and imaginative power which we have not thought of. He gave his preliminary thoughts on this "serendipitous" legacy. |
