Application for exceeding course load in summer session and course late add/drop

Students who will apply for the following should submit the completed application form and supporting documents (if applicable) to the Faculty Office (email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) for Faculty Dean’s consideration:
1. Application for exceeding course load (taking more than 6 units) in the summer session
2. Application for late add/drop (with endorsement sought from course offering teacher and course offering department)

Scholarships and Awards

Exchange and Partnership Programs

Students in the Faculty are provided the opportunities to develop a global perspective and explore different cultures by going on exchange overseas and taking part in internship programmes. Our departments have been developing exchange connections with a number of overseas institutions.

The following programmes are provided:
1. term-time exchange programme
2. summer exchange
3. summer internship
4. short-term experiential learning programme
5. overseas research opportunities (for postgraduates)
