  • Lack of concentration, problems with memory, or difficulty making decisions
  • Racing thoughts, racing speech
  • Thoughts of death, suicide or self-harm
  • Changes in sleep habits (e.g., sleeping too little or too much)

  • Alcohol or drug abuse
  • Persist for a period of about 2 weeks or more, or
  • Affect your daily life (e.g., study, relationship, participation in your usual social activities) negatively
