Do you want to improve your concentration?
One of the critical rationales behind mindfulness is to bring our attention to the present moments, and literature demonstrated that mindfulness associates to an increase in concentration. WACC PERMA Series x Flourishing First Year @ CUHK are going to organize an experiential workshop to introduce the linkage between mindfulness and concentration. Participants will have an experiential learning experience with practicing mindfulness.
