- Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination with at least 6 points in the best 5 subjects plus Level 1 or above in English Language and Chinese Language; or
- Equivalent qualifications

Applications can be submitted by the following methods:

Click on Submit to send your online application to CUSCS. If your form has been completed correctly, you will see a confirmation page. You are advised to print a copy of the confirmation page for future reference. The application fee of HK$200 (payable by credit card only for online enrolment) will be deducted on the next working day. Online applicants will then receive an email to confirm payment of the application fee. CUSCS staff will contact applicants in due course. |
(ii) In person or by mail
Step 1: | Enrolment form can be obtained from our Enrolment Centres, website or via fax at 2367 2593 / 3110 0611. |
Step 2: | The duly completed Enrolment Form together with supporting document and application fee (HK$200) should reach the School before the closing date by hand to our Enrolment Centres; or by post to “The Registry, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, CUHK, 6/F, Railway Plaza, 39 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon”.
* Applications will be processed only upon receipt of full set of document as above-mentioned. |
Step 3: | Receipts will be issued to students enrolled, but the School will not be responsible for any loss of receipt dispatched by regular mail. There is an administrative fee of HK$50 on every request for an additional copy of the receipt.

Students can apply for financial assistance through the Government’s Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme. For details, please refer to the website of the Student Financial Office (SFO) at www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/sfo
This course has been included in the list of reimbursable courses under the Continuing Education Fund. For CEF eligibility and reimbursement procedures, please visit the School’s website at www.cuscs.hk or CEF’s website https://www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/cef/en/index.htm (whichever is subject to it).
Payment Methods of the Application Fee
(i) Cheque / Bank Draft
• | Crossed cheque/bank draft should be made payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong” and returned together with your enrolment form in person to our Enrolment Centres during office hours or by post to “The Registry, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, CUHK, 6/F, Railway Plaza, 39 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon”. Post-dated cheque is not accepted. |
• | Please write your name, HKID card/passport number and programme title(s) on the back of each cheque/bank draft. Cheque/bank draft will be returned if programmes enrolled are full or cancelled. |
• | If the cheque is rejected by bank, the applicant concerned will be required to pay the application fee within three working days upon receipt of notification from the School. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of enrolment. |
(ii) EPS/AlipayHK/WeChat Pay/Octopus
• | EPS/AlipayHK/WeChat Pay/Octopus payment can be made at Enrolment Centres. |
(iii) Visa / Master Card
• | Card holder’s name, card number, card issuing bank and expiry date should be completed clearly in enrolment form, which should be returned in person to our Enrolment Centres during office hours or by post to the Registry of the School. |
• | If the card payment is rejected by bank, the applicant concerned will be required to pay the application fee within three working days upon receipt of notification from the School. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of enrolment. |
