Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various activities including month end closing, inter-co transaction, reconciliations and reporting activities such as preparation of accounts schedules, analytical reporting and monthly statistics
• Support daily accounting duty
• Assist in internal control related matters to ensure compliance with internal control requirements
• Assist in the development and implementation of system, process improvement and other initiatives
• Assist in yearend audit and preparation of audit schedule
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required
• Travel is occasionally required

Requirements:

• Associate Degree / Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 2 - 3 years full time experience in accounting/ audit field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team-orientated
• Highly organized, attentive to details, able to meet deadline
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant

Skills: 

• Proficient in MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
