Prof. Ngoc Son Bui conducted research visits in Havana, Cuba in June 2019

Prof. Ngoc Son Bui visited Havana, Cuba on 5-9, June to study the process of making the Cuba’s 2019 constitution. He met with the local academic scholars to discuss Cuba’s 2019 constitution.
