Patrick Yuan is a part-time PhD student at CUHK while he is also a partner at JunZeJun Law Office. His main practice areas include cross-border investment and technology transfer, legal compliance, major civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Thesis Topic
Legal obstacles and Changes in the protection of China’s overseas investment, co-supervised by Professors Fernando DIAS SIMÕES and Christopher ROBERTS.
Research Interests and Aims
I am interested in International Investment Law and International Arbitration. With my thesis, I hope to exam China’s overseas investment legal obstacles and provide practical suggestions for the future legislations in this field.
