A Comparative Study on Justification and Legal Boundaries of Government Intervention in Private Sector, subtitled an Anatomy and In-depth Analysis of Policy-making Rationales of Chinese Government and Remedies & Self-protective Resorts of Private Sector in China, co-supervised by Professors Ryan MITCHELL and James ZENG.
I am interested in constitutional law, administrative law, enterprise law, economic law and comparative law study. With my thesis, I hope to examine various forms of government intervention in private sector in major countries and their legal basis and rationales as well as comparative analysis of China case by legal reality and movement in the jurisdiction.
