Testing and Accreditation Stream

Testing and Accreditation Stream is designed for students who wish to join the testing and accreditation industry after graduation. Students are required to do related credit-bearing internships in testing laboratories where they can apply their knowledge learned from the stream. is designed for students who wish to join the testing and accreditation industry after graduation. 

In the final year, students are required to take problem-based learning as the capstone project.

 Requirements:

 Selection will be based on:

  1. GPA of STOT (CHEM2270) , Fundamentals of Spectroscopic Analysis (CHEM2110) , Analytical Chemistry (CHEM2400) , Integrated Chemistry Lab I & II (CHEM2860 & CHEM2870)
  2. A written statement of purpose
  3. Interview performance 

 Application procedures:

  1. Applications should be submitted via email (chemistry@cuhk.edu.hk) with transcript & written statement of purpose 
  2. Eligible students will be invited to attend the interview in June/July
