畢業生拍照安排
Dear graduand,
In view of COVID-19 social distancing measures, we would like to inform you that the Graduand Photo Day will be changed to a “Photo Month”. We will still arrange graduation gown rental for you to take photo during the rental period around 1 month whenever you like. The College will arrange decorations such as balloon arch, photo backdrops for you to come back to take memorable photos. Decorations will be available at the following period:
Photo Taking Decorations:
Period: 19 March – 1 April 2021
There will be a photo backdrop for you to take your own graduation photo. We would like to combine all graduate photos into one group photo, please send us your photo (shhosa@cuhk.edu.hk) if you wish to be included in the group photo.
Gown Rental Details:
In consideration of hygiene and infection prevention, no fitting will be available.
Details about gown rental:

| Deposit for gown collection: | HK$400 (will be refunded when you return the gown in good condition) |
| Gown return period: | 16 – 22 April 2021 |
| Venue for gown rental: | 3/F, Chan Chun Ha Hall, S.H. Ho College |

Remarks: A penalty of HK$40 per day (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays not included) will be levied on each late return gown. If damage is found when returning, the College will levy a penalty according to the following rates: Gown: HK$360 Hood: HK$160 Cap: HK$160 |
