i) HK$13,300 per year provided by the UGC

ii) HK$15,000 in total provided by the Graduate School

iii) HK$12,000 in total provided by the Department

ii) HK$8,000 in total provided by the Department

i) Guaranteed on-campus accommodation

ii) Waiving of on-campus hostel fee for the first year

1. Have a MPhil degree in Philosophy or a related field from a recognized university
2. Have sufficient knowledge of general logic
3. Submit a thesis proposal of about 4 pages
4. Submit a paper (10-15 pages for English, or 10,000-15,000 words for Chinese) on a topic in philosophy
5. Attend an interview (shortlisted applicants)

1. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy or a related field from a recognized university
2. Have sufficient knowledge of general logic
3. Submit a self-statement (about 2,000 words, in either Chinese or English) stating their academic interests, and the methodology and topic of their proposed research
4. Submit a paper (8-12 pages for English, or 6,000-10,000 words for Chinese) on a topic in philosophy
5. Attend an interview (shortlisted applicants)

Submit your full application through CUHK’s Online Application System for Postgraduate Programmes and quote the HKPFS reference number.

上传有学校盖章的副本到网上申请系统 (文件类别：Transcripts)。盖章单位必须是大学发出成绩单的行政单位，个别学系盖章并不接受。

入学前，正本必需由相关机构发出，直接邮寄至：香港新界沙田香港中文大学冯景禧楼四楼436室，方可入学。
