The Physical Education Unit organizes, trains and liaises all University sports teams which include men’s and women’s basketball, soccer, volleyball, handball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, squash, athletic, swimming and rowing teams. Hence, these teams can participate in sports competitions organized by the Hong Kong Post-Secondary Colleges Athletic Association annually as well as the Annual Intervarsity Sports Games organized by the CUHK and the HKU. Moreover, in order to uplift the competitive performance of University sports team members, friendly matches are regularly organized with local and overseas sports teams.
