  • 葉靈鳳藏品展覽
    29/09/2020 to 31/12/2020

    葉靈鳳先生家人將其珍貴藏書、照片、手稿及個人物品捐贈予香港中文大學圖書館收藏，由即日起於大學圖書館 香港文學特藏室 展出部分珍貴藏品，藉以展現葉靈鳳先生後半生的香港生活。葉靈鳳為香港重要文化人，本年度由三聯書店出版了《葉靈鳳日記》，由盧瑋鑾策劃及題箋，張詠梅注釋，日記橫跨1943至1974年，為研究葉靈鳳其人其作的可靠材料。是次展覽展出 《葉靈鳳日記》 所載與葉氏相關的重要研究資料，冀能讓參觀者從照片、日記手稿、藏書及檔案等，了解葉靈鳳的家庭生活、交往的文人圈子及日治時期的文化工作；觀賞「愛書家」葉靈鳳先生的藏書，一窺其買書軼事；並可⼀探《日記》從原稿整理出版為《葉靈鳳日記》的編輯經過。展覽歡迎公眾人士參觀，詳情可聯絡圖書館特藏組（電郵： spc@lib.cuhk.edu.hk ）查詢。

  • Chinese Art Classics on View: Landscape Paintings of the Qing Dynasty

    Statement:

    Over the years, the Chinese University of Hong Kong Library has acquired very finely reproduced artworks made by specialists including the Nigensha Publishing Co. Ltd. in Japan and kept in the New Asia College Ch’ien Mu Library. The Collection consists of calligraphy and paintings reproduced from the Tang to the Qing Dynasty. The originals of these artworks are housed in different museums such as National Palace Museum, Taipei, Shanghai Museum, and British Museum. The artwork reproduction requires a high standard of professional and specialized skills.

  • Primary and Secondary School Teaching Materials available for lending

    Teaching materials for all primary and secondary schools’ subjects of Hong Kong is now available for lending to eligible users (users with borrowing quota 30 or above).

    The latest 2 years of the collection are now housed in Chung Chi Library’s course reserve room for 2 hours short term loan. Users may borrow up to three items at any one time. A fine for HK$1.00 per hour per item will be levied on late returned material.

    For teaching materials which are located on LG/F of Chung Chi Library, the loan period is for 7 days with no renewal. Users may borrow up to ten items at any one time. A fine for HK$1.00 per day per item will be levied on late returned material....

  • Lee Quo Wei Law Library Renovation Project

    CUHK Library has rolled out a new service whereby staff and students can request an e-copy of an existing library print book to be purchased if the e-copy is available.

    After Login, eligible user can submit e-copy recommendation via LibrarySearch ( http://librarysearch.lib.cuhk.edu.hk/ ). Click the link “E-Copy Request” under “Get It “of the library book record and fill out the recommendation form. Email notification will be sent to the user advising whether the e-copy recommendation can be fulfilled.
