Our libraries are busy places with over 2.5 million visits a year and using them plays an important part in success at university. We believe in designing our libraries as welcoming, inspiring, and sustainable spaces. We believe our libraries should be spaces where users interact with both the print and digital collections, as well as studying individually and collaboratively. We believe they should be spaces that are technology-rich and vibrant, responding to your changing needs for learning, teaching and research tools and technologies.
To create such spaces the University began a library space redevelopment programme, starting with the Li Ping Medical Library in 2011. Keep up-to-date with the library refurbishments and let us know your ideas, concerns and comments (library@cuhk.edu.hk)
