Re: Further Update of CUSIS Teaching Timetable
Dear Student,
Further to our e-mail notification dated 28 September 2020 on “Class Arrangements for Undergraduate Programmes from October 2020 for Term 1 2020-21”, please be advised that the teaching modes for some Level 3 or below classes (i.e. class codes beginning with 3xxx or below) with lab/studio/practicum-based teaching component have been updated to mixed-mode or face-to-face teaching on CUSIS Teaching Timetable with information on teaching venue (if applicable). Please review your own course registration records to check if there are any updates of the teaching mode in your registered classes by clicking the class concerned under “View My Classes” on CUSIS and then following the path to check related details under “Enrollment Information”. If you need to add/drop the course due to such change, please e-mail the related course add/drop form (available on RES homepage) to the Department concerned and seek advice from the Department by 5 October 2020.
Please note that all face-to-face class meetings/academic activities should start on 19 October 2020 at the earliest. Students who have registered the concerned classes should check e-mails from course teachers or notices posted in the “Class Note” on CUSIS for the exact dates of the related class meetings/the academic activities and attend the face-to-face classes according to the dates, the time, and also the classroom/venue as advised by the course teachers concerned.
As there may still be further update to the teaching timetable regarding the teaching modes and other teaching timetable information, students should always pay attention to the information advised by the course teachers concerned. For other class arrangements and guidelines for precautionary measures to be adopted, please refer to our e-mail sent on 28 September 2020.
If you have any further questions on the above, please contact RES at 3943 9888 or send e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
