The 1^st seminar of CUHK Medical Centre’s Healthcare innovation Series titled “Design of a High Touch Hospital in a High Tech Age” was successfully held on 15 May 2017. Mr NG Kian Swan, Chief Operating Officer of Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Community Hospital, shared some innovation in hospital design, operation and services that led to increase in productivity, reduction in operating cost, improvement in service standard and better coordination in care.
