The Main Contractor and consultants for CUHK Medical Centre, clinical users from CUHK Faculty of Medicine and staff of CUHK Medical Centre Planning Office reviewed the key patient flows for inpatients, outpatients and day patients in the “Model of Care – Patient Flow Mapping“ workshop held on 17 September 2016. Key barriers in achieving just-in-time care and optimised patient experience were identified.
