TV Drama in Changing Chinese Societies
Introduction
School of Journalism and Communication of The Chinese University of Hong Kong organizes the CU Visiting Scholar Program annually starting from 2008. "TV Drama in Changing Chinese Societies" is the research theme for the 2011 CU Communication Visiting Scholar Program.
Objective
To promote academic exchange and links among Chinese-speaking scholars in Cultural China,
To improve the quality of research of the Chinese research community,
To promote the School as the center of Chinese communication research.
Schedule
(1) The visiting scholars are required to submit their full paper by 1 September 2010.
(2) The visiting scholars are expected to stay in Hong Kong for up to one month from 18 January 2011 to carry out intensive academic exchange and research.
(3) All of them will present a paper in a Workshop.

Medium: Mandarin
Content: The visiting scholars will present papers on the theme of “TV Drama in Changing Chinese Societies”. Faculty members and research students are welcome to participate in the stimulating discussion after the presentation.
