To encourage students to broaden horizon and enrich knowledge through participating in overseas activities, the College established this award in 2013/2014. Subsidized overseas activities include:

1. Student Exchange Programme
2. Summer Study Abroad Programme
3. Language Study Abroad Progamme
4. Study Trip: Exploration of French/ German/ Japanese Society

The amount of subsidy ranges from HK$2,000 to HK$21,000.

Find a Learning Opportunity Yourself (Support students to participate in self-initiated learning abroad programmes)
 
FLY Award aims to enrich Chung Chi students’ international exposure and motivate students to explore their potential through learning abroad. Students are encouraged to further their personal development with an international perspective, participate in non-credit bearing, short-term, non-local programmes or activities organized by recognized institutes, academies or organizations.
Successful applicants will receive each time an award up to HK$10,000 or 50% of their actual expenses, whichever the lower. Students should submit application forms and all supporting documents to the Dean of Students’ Office at least one month before departure.

With generous donations of eminent members of the community and alumni, the College has established various scholarships and educational endowments. They include scholarships and prizes, bursaries, student loan, emergency funds and student welfare funds for promoting learning atmosphere and encouraging balanced development. Every Year, about 700 scholarships and awards are granted to Chung Chi students who show good achievements in their academic work, sports, balanced education, creative pursuits or services.
