研究興趣及範疇
我目前的研究興趣包括弱勢青少年的職業和生涯發展、互助及青少年賦權、服務學習及領袖發展等範疇。我於有關範疇合共發表超過180篇論文,其中140篇為期刊論文、書刊及研討會論文集。自2000年起,我進行了34項研究項目,其中4項研究獲香港研究資助局資助,另外25項研究獲香港及澳門的政府部門/非政府組織委託進行。我並獲香港中文大學頒發2000年社會科學院模範教學獎、2011年傑出研究獎以及2014年博文教學獎,為大學對我的研究及教學成就的肯定。
