This course aims to equip students with knowledge and skills in handling and utilizing information technology in developing Clientele Information System (CIS) and Management Information System (MIS). The course content includes: introduction of information technology; introduction of software used in human services organizations; and the application of information technology in CIS, MIS and programme evaluation.
