Course Description | This course studies the nature, form and scope of international business. Topics include foreign environment and major international business activities, such as exporting, direct investment, licensing and other contractual arrangements. Management strategies concerning production, marketing, human resource, and finance in an international context will also be discussed. | |||

Dr. Frank Ng is a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Associate Director of Centre of Entrepreneurship at CUHK. He received his PhD in Management and BBA in Management from CUHK. His research interests lie in the intersection of firm and organisational environment, and he is particularly interested in how firms strategically deal with environmental jolts. Before joining CUHK in 2018, he received three consecutive teaching excellence awards in Hang Seng Management College. | ||||
