Exemption

• Applicants who have obtained the Certificate of Attendance of both symposiums of COWM 2019 can apply for the Interactive Workshops directly.
  

• Holders of the Certificate of Completion of COWM would be entitled to apply for exemption of Course MEDM5301 for the MSc in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, within 3 years from the course completion date.

Notes to Applicants

• To enjoy the early bird fee, application for the whole course or individual symposiums / workshops should be submitted to the Programme Office by mail, fax or email before 15 December 2020.
  

• Application at standard fee will be accepted one week prior to the commencement of the course / symposium / workshop.

• Payment should be paid by cheque (payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong”).

• Acceptance of application is subject to availability.

• No refund will be made once being accepted.

• Applicants are expected to attend the symposium / workshop at the place and time specified in the student timetable.

• The Chinese University of Hong Kong as a data user undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to ensure that personal data kept are accurate, securely kept and used only for the purpose for which they have been collected.
