In architecture, “dimensions” is often used as a mathematical term to measure size or distance in space. Yet, in a broader sense, “dimensions” also implies diversity in perspective. Titled “Multiple Dimensions”, this exhibition therefore aims to introduce to the public the many career directions of the CUHK architecture alumni, who have pushed themselves and challenged the norms of being an “architect” in Hong Kong.
In celebration of the Silver Jubilee of our School of Architecture this past year, this specially curated exhibition displays corporate and personal projects by more than 25 alumni, as they showcase interdisciplinary creativity on a dynamic spectrum in society. The great range of works recognises the professional accomplishments of the School’s architectural alumni, encompassing local and international architectural projects, community initiatives, product designs, artworks and unbuilt proposals – all set out to bring positive impact to the world, while advocating the “multiple dimensions” as architects who aspire to imagine, innovate and impact.
Members of the public are invited to visit the Exhibition. Admission is free.
