CUHKCUHK architecture graduate Robin Albrecht (BSSc 2020) has received the Outstanding Services and Creativity Student Award 2020 for Outstanding Campus Service, as a recognition of his various initiatives in making the University a more inclusive place for everyone to study. Previously he had been awarded the CUHK Outstanding Students Award 2019.
Together with his fellow schoolmates at CUHK, Robin has started awareness campaigns, organised meaningful projects and participated in community services to integrate people from different backgrounds on campus, such as co-founding and taking part in the Chung Chi International Association (CCIA), the Parallel Project and CUSU Council.
CUHK introduced the Outstanding Students Awards in 2018 to honour students’ attainments apart from academic excellence, their significant contributions to the CUHK community and continual positive impact on society.
As for the Outstanding Services and Creativity Student Award, it is awarded annually to four undergraduate students by the CUHK Convocation to acknowledge active participation in and promotion of campus-wide or college-based activities, and demonstration of exceptional leadership and organisational abilities.
