The Committee Against Sexual Harassment co-organized 《The Hunting Ground》 Movie Screening & Discussion Forum with the Department of Social Work, Gender Studies Programme and Rainlily* on 26 October. The Hunting Ground is a documentary film about the incidence of sexual assault on college campuses in the United States. The movie follows undergraduate rape survivors pursuing both their education and justice, despite ongoing harassment and the devastating toll on them and their families. Since 2015, the film had been screened at the White House and hundreds of college campuses across the country. The documentary has inspired new laws in New York and California and changes in campus policies. |
